New guy kinda lost

Hello, I hope I am doing this correctly. My name is Bill, I'm almost 60 and retired. Married with grown kids. I have 3 Mustangs, a 1965 convertible, a 1993 convertible and a 2007 GTCS coupe. All the cars are modified to some extent and are regularly taken to car shows but are driver quality. I do most of the work myself and I have a lot of questions.
