so i emailed CompCams and told them i was switching to the TFS TW 170cc heads and asked them which cam should i go with. they asked me a bunch of questions and i answered them all and the told me to go with the cam that i already bought, the XE270HR. this is the one that has 270/276 512/512 on a 114 lsa. operating range is 1800-5800. since i already has the trickflow track heat intake, a 70mm tb, and exhaust, how much do yall think ill end up putting down? ive seen anywhere from 280-320... the trickflow track heat package which is the track heat intake, the stage 1 cam, and the TW 170 heads is advertised at 360/350 fwhp with a 306 with 9.5:1 compression ratio at 10 degree initial timing with longtube headers. i havent seen any dyno comparing the difference in between the TFS stage 1 and the Comp XE270. after a proper tune who thinks ill make it to 300 rwhp?

So was this a fresh 306 build?

What compression ratio does it have?

Will you be using 1.6 or 1.7 rockers?

I have seen track heat combos put down 300+ to the feet before.

yes this is a fresh 306 build. just now has like 3500 miles on it. compression ratio after the heads will the 9.5:1 and ill be using skorpion 1.6s. i thought about the 1.7s but the difference in the head frow isnt gonna improve from using 1.7s over the 1.6s (using the flow chart as information from trickflow)
