As far as I know it was installed correctly has spark and fuel. Im just not sure if the motor is at top dead center then should I put the rotor to the number one position, and then it can start it up and make my adjustments at the distributor.
to check if its at top dead center stick your finger in the #1 cylindar hole and rotate the crankshaft. you wont be able to just do it by hand, but get a big extender and do it, once you feel the comperession stroke comming up it will build pressure, then when the pressure stops building that means your past dtc. Turn it back untill it had stopped building pressure and thats tdc.
