when i turned 17 i bought my 1991 LX 5.0 5speed, put an upper/lower 1" spacer, BBK shorty headers, k&n cold air intake, off road h pipe with two 12" cherrybombs and side pipes, and a 8.8" rear with FRPP 4:10 gears, and a set of BBK underdrive pullies, what is a good investment for it?

I'd say you've got it! The Fox's are fairly cheap to maintain and work on and you've already got a good start.
