NO power to anything, 1992 mustang

5471 Views 5 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  billybobsstang9
Just got a 92 mustang with a 5.0 and was running great for a couple months, got it cheap from someone. the girlfriend would ride it around the property because we havn't got it tags yet.

she stalled it out and i will not start, turn over, or anything. there is no power to any interior. i know the battery's good, we replaced the starting solenoid, ignition switch and key cylinder(where you put the key in to turn in on). Ive gone threw lots of threads on his forum and i see a lot of "will crank but no start".

please give me some ideas, not to sure where go from there.

ty guys

Test the alternator?
Well even if the battery is good, if the alternator isn't charging it, it's gonna drain eventually. I know it's kinda common sense, but just starting small ya know. I've never owned a fox body, so not really too familiar with the common stuff on them. Main fuses? Just throwing stuff out there..lol
