How much would you pay for a 89 to 93 5.0GT and 5.0 LX with 100k plus miles? What is the main difference between the GT and LX?

Thanks

I am not sure waht they would cost, I paid $2000 for mine, and it was in very good condition, and it was stock. But I bought it from a family friend.

You're lucky, I bought my 95 for 5k, I couldn't find a fox in decent condition for under 7.
yeh everyone asks me who I stole it from when I tell them how much I paid for it. I have been close to considering selling it for about $5000, just for the huge profit, but I just cant part with it, it is the best, and fastest, and funnest car that I have ever owned. I have had an old beetle, a 1990 eclipse turbo, and a 76 nova with a 350.

Hey, the longer you keep it the more its worth.
Mine was 4k one owner, full records, female owned and unmodified (stayed that way for about 2 hours, silencer :hihi: ). They are starting to get expensive, kelly blue book doesnt seem to apply anymore... Dealers get snippy!
I paid 8500$ Canadian for my 93 Mustang LX 5.0L three months ago. She was stock, mint, and was driven by a 40 year old since 1996. 130,000KM's, threw a King Cobra clutch in and a few maintenance items and she was good to go.
mine was also a one owner car. He bought it brand new. It was about half a month before my first mod, the hurst shifter.
if you were to get an lx coupe 5.0 then it would be 300 lbs lighter. but as far as the price, you have to take into account the condition of the car and the mods. and also were you live. cars and bikes were i live (WI) are priced higher for some reason i always fine better deals down south. but you should expect to pay 3000 for a ok stang to 10000 for a sweet stang with lots of mods. (depending on those facters)
I just bought my 89 LX 5.0 from the 2nd owner. perfect stock interior, no mods. roof needs touchup paint other than that it was a steal. 1989 black on gray interior, automatic, 95k miles. first car ive ever owned/bought. I love it!:drink:

only 2,800 was asking 4,000
