What plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor should I use on my son's car? We just bought it, and it needs a tune-up. It's a '92 GT with some mild mods (cold air intake, pulleys, tranny shift kit, rear end gears, high performance exhaust, etc.).

Thanks

I've used various brands over the years and come to find the ford stuff generally works the best. Wires I've used accell, taylor and fms and they all work fine. Cap and rotor I either use the motorcraft or MSD. As for plugs general rules i stick with the standard copper plugs and save your money with all the hyped 12 dollar plug. Either go motorcraft or autolites.

Check out some of the online sponsors they sell various tune up kits for various price ranges.

FRPP plug wires, copper autolites or ngk v powers, ford motorsport cap and rotor. Dont forget the fuel filter and some seafoam helps.
