Noob question regarding struts

Hello Everyone

Very quick, first and noob question regarding a S550 GT premium:

Are both front struts the same FR3Z18124AA part? There are no difference between left and right ones? Been looking several kits and sets and I can't se a difference, nor find two different part numbers.
