I have High flow cats, Longtubes, Cai, and a Bama tune, I am getting the catylist inefficency code 430, I installed the system last week. When I did the exhaust on my truck, 97-F150 I welded washers in front if the rear 02 sensor's inside the pipes and that took care of my check engine light, has anyone tried this, will it work? what about those 90 degree fittings that claim to reduce flow to the sensor. What exactly does the rear o2 sensor measure, if it's flow, I would think it will work.

The rear O2 sensors are just testing for the amount of CO in the exhaust. If there's too much, then you'll throw the code. Catalytic converts heat the exhaust up, which converts the CO into CO2, when they're running efficiently. The high-flow cats reduce exhaust friction and don't heat as much, thus they can sometimes cause this code.

Either way, there may be a few adjustments that we could try in your tune to help with the code, without turning the rear O2's off. Give Bama a call and ask to talk to Mike Wilson. Let them know you're having issues with this code and he'll get you squared away. Or you can shoot me a PM with any previous order number of yours and I'll get you taken care of with Mike ASAP!

Let me know if there's anything else I can do!
