You're going to have to turn the rear 02 sensors OFF in the tune. Your handheld tuner can not do this for you.
o2 sensors on my h pipe
was wondering whats the best thing to do with my o2 sensors,, my mechanic and i are putting on my pypes o/r h pipe today,,,,im certain my engine light will come on w/out them, i have a 09 with 400 miles on it,,,thanx so much for your replies,,,sully..god bless yas.:bigthumbsup

Kurgan is right you must have the fwd O2s and need to trun off the rears. You will need that done in your tune.
i have no tuner yet, is this something my mechanic can do? the first set is in the header right, so they wont be messed with?

Won't hurt a thing. Their only purpose is to monitor cat efficiency.
Doubtful if your mechanic is going to have the capability to turn those off unless he's also a tuner.
