well you do got the key in the on but not start position you can also try to check manualy
Obd 1 Scanner Help
i posted up about the plug earlier i got that cleared up but now im not sure im using it right i have the ford obd I scanner i plug under the hood with BOTH the 6 hole and the singal press test and nothing can anyone help me out here or maybe the scanner is at fault
