I have not had this happen to me yet. I have 10K on the car, got it in Feb 05. Certainly sounds like a glitch to me. You're right when you say the dealer won't be able to re-create it. You need to be able to reproduce it in order to have it fixed. These kinds of things are tough to find. But the performance tune did not fix it, which I thought it would. I will keep an eye out for this, as I drive my car 7 days a week.
