have a question that im sure has been posted b4 but i need a little more in depth info*

i just ordered my C&L racer intake and the sct x3 from bama and its getting to the time to change my oil in my 06 mustang 5 speed GT, i always put the full synthetic oil in my car but i have read that synthetic blend is better and non synthetic is even better for the timing system on the 3 valve 4.6 ! now my car has 33600 miles on it and considering the mods that are about to go in the car what do u guys think would be the better choice to go with when changing the oil when the mods arrive! :headscratch:

Amsoil is my vote

All the comparisons I've read have Amsoil superior to other oils. I personally use Royal Purple mainly because of the convenience of purchasing it where I live and the dyno proven gains from 5.0 magazine.

if fomoco thought it was better, it would be in the manual. unless the motor was designed for full synthetic your better off to use the blend.
