#1 changed altanator now batt lite is on #2 as i drive oil pressure gauge dips low then jumps to normal ,no power loss, dont smell oil ,level good, also have a after market warrning lite slight leak of oil around valve covers what could be the problem
It's most likely the oil pressure sending unit that's the problem. As for the alternator, check the wiring connections behind the alternator. Check the condition of the plugs, they tend to melt from the voltage.
CHECKED PLUGS 1 WAS LOOSE ,REPLACED BATT ,FOUND OUT THE NEW ALTANATOR WAS BAD , ON THE BOUNCEING OIL PRESSURE GAUGE GOING TO REPLACE THE SENDING UNIT ,IT LOOKS DIFRENT FROM THE STOCK ,UNIT AND MOUNTS JUST BELOW THE AFTERMARKET UNIT. :bigthumbsup
