Part #s for the 401a shift ball and boot?

I have the standard 400A shift knob on my 2011 GT, and I'd like to change to the 401A shift ball. The boot will need changed to for this.

My dealer was having a hard time finding the part number to give me a price. Anyone else done this yet and have the nummbers for the ball and boot?

I don't know the part numbers, but I know the shifter knob is $132 itself. My dealer said that parts and labor for switching out both the knob and the boot would run $400-500 dollars...
