There's definitely a horsepower difference to be had. It's pretty pricey, I've heard anywhere from 1250-3500 bucks depending on what setup and how much porting you have done.

bluestreak, have you seen the '94 GT in the " Modified Mustang" Mag this month?,the reason I ask is cause it's got captain america on the hood,with the flag all around it(nice car). It reminded me when I seen your name and pic....
nah.....I don't read Modi Mustang. I prefer MM&FF.
Definate HP gain depending on what car we are talkin about. Be careful with the Patriot heads they have a rep for PTV issues. Vt and Foxlake are usually the popular alternatives, Powerheads are starting to make a little name for themselves as well.
