Got it earlier today at John Kennedy Ford of Conshohocken - great guys there. Got it on the family plan and D-plan (I believe). Pictures in the showroom...(and before you ask, I'm 18 and I know what I have and how to look out for it, myself, and other people - I've seen you guys attack the younger folk here; sometimes rightfully, other times not, so I'm just letting you know how old I am before you get your panties in a twist ;))

VERY NICE!!! Have fun with it!
Awesome ride bro - congrats!!!

:D
Sureeeeeee, you were just at the dealer checkin em out. :winks
Very Nice! Congrats! If I'm to assume correctly, your (Mom?) off to the left of the picture has a big smile too! I bet she gets to drive every once in a while huh? Hey, no twisted panties here, just a pair of baggie boxers.:)
We need more proof than someone posing in a show room, and real men don't wear panties, we need our freedom.

But it is a real nice looking car whoever it belongs to. :laughlitt

Just kidding, looks real nice and hope you have fun with it :thumbup
Hey John, you are old enough to be in Iraq being shot at. Owning and driving a new GT should not be a problem for a responsible young man. Best of luck and "CONGRATULATIONS"
18 and a proud owner of a new Mustang --- you are lucky. When I was 19 I was a proud owner of a black 1947 Kaiser Fraiser . Yup and I had a 2 mile walk to school. Congratulations!!
Congrats on your new ride! So what's your first mod gonna be?
How did you get the family plan on a GT? Do you have a relative at the dealership?

I'm curious about that too. I have a bro-in-law at the dealership I purchased from. He couldn't get me the family plan, according to the saleslady, because not only was Ford NOT doing the employee discount to general consumers for the Mustang, but they weren't even letting the actual employees get the discount on the Mustangs either! Maybe that is just a dealership perogative though... dunno.
Are you sure your 18? My grandpappy use to say "panties in a twist". :jester:
Nice ride! Remember he said OUR panties in a twist NOT his. He's the MAN here...the hecklers are the little girls. I am NOT gunna heckle either. Great car to drive at 18 in my book... Russ

My mom (in the background) is the business development manager, so that's how we got the deal. Also got an extra-low finance rate (4.9%). My mom doesn't know how to drive stick, so I don't think she'll be taking out until she learns. My dad loves it, though...I think I'll offer it to him to take to work sometime to show it off.

Thanks for the positive comments, guys, and if you need more proof, here it is in the garage... ;)

Not too sure...I think I want to wait a little while before I put aftermarket stuff on. I don't want to get anything that'll void the 6-year extended warranty we got. I've been thinking of a CAI, tune, and maybe black bullitts, though I'm not too fond of altering the appearance. I'm sure I'll ask you guys your take on mods in the future. :)
Hey John, Im John also, your new brother!
Ask mom whens my car coming in! Its ok, you can have the garage.

Haha. Should've bought it from the John Kennedy Dealerships - that way I could probably tell ya. :p
I was lucky enough to get it for Xplan. But the financing, whoa! Nice! Enjoy your ride! Very very nice.

For the love of God, don't let mom learn how to drive a stick in that car
