I own a 18 Mustang GT PP1 (42k miles) and for the past 2 months my car has been experiencing this weird startup noise. For the past 2 months its been at the dealership getting checked out.

To replicate the noise, it tends to happen after my first startup after a cold start. I would park, 15-30mins later when I start up my car it would either: CLICK, RATTLE, or 2 rare occassion the car almost stalls.

At first I wasnt worried but it seems like its been struggling to accelerate as well. 1-2nd gear it would struggle to climb above 3-5k rpm which is worrying me since I dont know how it would relate to the startup.

First visit to Ford: Reprogrammed PCM, seems to be fixed for a day but didnt last long. Fixed as in the power felt good and I didnt hear the startup noise that day. The next morning I started hearing it again.

Second visit to Ford: Aside from the startup, I was hearing a rattle when slight revving it on decel. They are currently replacing my VCT solenoids. I'm hoping it would fix the performance issue but I'm not sure if my startups will be fixed as well.

First, I can't play any of your videos in the link you provided because it's google drive. Post the video on Youtube and then post that link here. Anything that requires a log in or download is a bad idea to post on a forum.
Second, you have to have the car scanned to even know the nature of what the problem is. Drive to your nearest chain auto parts store and ask them to scan the car for you. Write down the codes and then post them here.
