hey guys I just recieved my plenum and 70mm throttle body any one installed those parts them selves before? is it easy or hard? I also got a intake spacer for it, I know this wont do much of an increase as far as performance but i got a good deal on it so i wanted to give it a try. anyway if there are any tricky things involved in installing these parts please let me know soon. and while im at it I think Im going to clean out my IAC, I think my car is starting to have the semptoms, and I dont have $80 to spare. by the way I beat a Trans am today but lost against a turbo prelude!!! (first import I've lost against! man i gota hand it to him thought i turned off my stereo just to hear his blowoff valve! man it was fast, i got beat worst than the beating i got from a vett!)

Nope, very straight forward install, just make sure you keep foreign objects out of the intake while you have the OE parts removed.
If you do a search there's a site that gives you step by step instructions with pictures. It helped me (or at least my confidence) alot since I'm inexperianced as a mechanic. Bluestreak's right though, it's not hard. Sorry I can't remember the site. Good luck!
It took me about 45 minutes total once I gathered the right tools. Another thing to make sure of is the gasket condition when you pull the old stuff off. And there's no need for RTV in that area, just get about 30 ft-lbs of torque on the bolts.
Im' sorry whats RTV? and thanks or all your help everyone, I'm getting the part in on mon. so I could install it!
does anyone know a website I can look at for easy installation tips and instructions to install the plenum and TB? if so please put the link on here, thanks.

Ahhh, Linkmaster, how do you keep all those links stored and accessable?

cool was it hard to remove your TPS screws?
-- what brands of TB & plenum? You did not need spacer w/aftermarket plenum.
