Porting help

OK, i think now im going to give myself a little xmas gift... I was thinking about getting the engine ported... I dont really know much about that... i was wondering if anyone can give me HP gains... cost... time... and if there are any down sides... also if i should get it polished...

go to SuperSix motorsports ( www.supersixmotorsports.com ) and www.RPM-Mustangs.com to get hp on different types of porting jobs.
