Maybe somebody out there can confirm this bit of information... I remember reading ( a while back) that Chevy cannot use the Camaro name again for a while. If I recall, Canada made a deal with Chevy to make the Camaro's at a Canada factory from now on, and in turn, Canada subsidized the factory build by over 10 million dollars. Since the last Camaro rolled off the line, Chevy shorly after bulldozed the factory and turned it into brownfield.
