Possible Window Issue

I know there have been windows issues, and all i can find is issues on the automatic up/down, or the windows not working at all... and either im blind or stupid that i cant find my issue.

My issue is that randomly when i go out to drive my car the windows are down 1/4 to 1/2 an inch, like when you open and the window automatically rolls down, but i always put my windows up. So far this has happened twice and im not sure what to check for. The windows themselves work fine, automatic up and down, and when opening and closing.

Any ideas, suggestions, or if they know of a similar issue that has occured?

Right now i can only think of replacing the fuse, recalibrating, opening the panel to see if there is water pooled up, loose/broken/rusted connections.
