I was just curious to see if anyone has used the Power Programmer III...it claims to increase horsepower and gas mileage...if so, does anyone know where I might be able to get my hands on one without having to pay retail ($300-$400)? Thanks

Depends on what you've already done.
Well just FYI I have a 2004 mustang v6 and my mods are CAI, dual exhaust, and max micro tuner. The CAI and exhaust didn't do much at all, but when i put that programmer in i was damn near hanging with my friends 01 stock GT. not jokeing, in my opinion programmers and gears do the best. I got my programmer on ebay there hard to find though. I would check ebay first then invest in a new one it is worth it. pc

none of them will do much at all, until 1) you unplug the computer and get 6 straight runs, so that it learns what to do with the mod, and 2) they're in combination with the other mods. The computer bypasses the 6 starts, and tacks on5-7 hp in a stock engine, but the gains are more dramatic the more mods you have on the car . ..
