Power steering rack ratio

I'm about to do some work on the front end getting the old coupe back to new again, and I'm considering replacing the steering rack. I'm keeping it power steering but I was told to go to standard 20:1 ratio instead of the stock 15:1 quick ratio because it's less touchy.

I plan on doing mostly street driving with occasional strip. Maybe more strip later....

What do you guys think?

if you are keeping the power, stay with the 15:1

If you get yourself one that says one or all of the following things: sport suspension, 15:1, 2.5 turns lock to lock, and you should be fine.

Is there a reason why you suggest the quick ratio? I heard the standard was better going down the track because it wasnt as sensitive and touchy.
