Power window issues

I'm having an issue with my drivers side window not going down unless the door is open at least half way. None of the other windows are affected except the drivers side window.

any ideas what it might be?

Hood Time
Pull the grommet out for a visual. If nothing, do a continuity test on the motor power wire. Narrow down the test area until you find the break.
