Power window switch

I was at the track last week....I had let my windows down to bring in cooler air...Rolled up in line..I tried to let my pass. side window up and it would not go up....I got back to the trailer and was tinkering with it....I had to finally tear down the door panel..Locate the window switch and take a batter box and stick voltage to the wire harnbess to get it up....Has anyone else ran into this?
