I was reading in the manual for my preditor that on some models you can reverse the tcs switch so it is off until turned on. I looked but was unable to find it in the options, anyone know if ours is able to do it?

BTW I have the standard pred not the c&l one

TIA

I got one from Steeda and have not found that, but I haven't looked for it either. I did adjust for a gear change. I just recently revised my diablosport predator tuner via my friends PC. Their tech on the phone help was awesome. I've never used a PC, only MAC platforms. I bought the required serial cable, tip and power adapter from radio shack. Took about 10-15 minutes for me, but would be much faster if your PC friendly. Good Luck !!

No you can't reverse the switch. The switch is a momentary switch (when you press it is on, let go and it is off). The tc just looks for the button to be pressed, and when a toggle is detected the tc is enabled or disabled. If the state of the switch is swapped, pressed = off, released = on, and you don't press the button the switch doesn't toggle and the tc stays on. The only way to disable the tc by default is to pull the fuse which also disables abs and dynamic rear brake proportioning which is not a good idea. None of the calibration tools should be able to reprogram the tc.
If you havne't you need to download the latetest rev.'s to your preditor before you don any tunes. TC can be turned off from the "modify parameters menu

Both the Xcal and Predator can turn off TC, they just can't reverse the function of the switch to allow you to turn it on when you want to.
