What would it cost for a set of heads and a cam installation? I don't have a torque wrench but I am sure that it would be cheaper to buy one and learn how to do the work myself than to pay.

it would definitely be cheaper to buy a craftsman torque wrench for $60 than to pay a shop $100 per hour to do the work for you. i don't know how hard a cam swap is, but heads are pretty easy to do.

A cam swap is pretty detailed, getting a torque wrench is lots cheaper than paying for a cam swap because you'll be looking around $500-$750 in my area.
