Ok so I am looking to purchase a 2005 Mustang Gt. It is a Shelby Hertz clone. It does have a few daily driver flaws like 3 small dents from door dings etc. It has the following mods:

17" Chrome Dante Wheels
Lowered 1.5"
Shelby GT-H/ Ford Racing front fascia
Billet grill over-lay
Gold Stripes, painted on
JLT Cold Air Intake
Shorty Headers
Catalytic converters removed
X-Pipe
Single Chamber MAC Mufflers
Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel
ZOOM Stage 1 Racing Clutch
NOS 10lbs Bottle set up for purge,

My question is how much should I be paying for it or what is a good price to pay?

Its also a 5 speed and is in need of a tune.

thanks

Whatever a normal 2005 GT is worth. Probably around 15k.

Just a guess here, but for a 2005 with that many miles and that list of mods. I would say around $15000. I can find 2005-2008 mustangs online with 20000 or less miles for around $18-19 grand. The mods don't really add anything to the value of the car, so you should expect to pay what a stock Mustang GT would be in the same condition.

I wouldn't say 15000 because I think that KBB says a 2005 with 75k miles is worth 15. I wouldn't pay much more than what KBB says. it is worth.

Pay what it is worth to you. That is the true value of a car.
