I have always liked the Mustang. The way look they're nice cars i have been wanting to get one for the last 20 yrs, the only condition i put for myself was that it had to be NEW. So last saturday on the June 14 2015, i bought my brand new 2015 Mustang i was very happy and exited, but a couple days into having my new car my wife felt the rpms a bit high. I checked it out i didn't see anything wrong with it so this Saturday she takes it out and calls me freaked out that there was something wrong the car, the brakes were locking up and the rpm's were going up to 3-4 thousand before the car would take off like a bat outta hell. I took it to the dealership where i bought it and they are telling me they can't replicate problem but there is a TSB out for it, so they are not giving it to me because it's unsafe to drive, that is understandable. They are only looking for the ABS problem and not the accelerator problem. The thing is that i had the car less than a week drove it less than 250 miles and it feels like a lemon, I dont even want that specific car anymore if they could just give a different car. I'm not sure what to do but I don't want the one that is sitting at the shop. Any suggestions or ideas about what i can do?

Welcome to the site! Sorry about the issue your having and I totally get where you're coming from being upset after spending all that money on a brand new car to have issues. It doesn't meet the criteria for lemon law yet and I seriously doubt the dealer will take it back you just may have to keep bringing it back until you have all the bugs worked out. I know not what you want to hear but I hope they get it fixed for you.

I'm so sorry to hear about this issues but I'm sure Ford will get you fixed up.

They should perform due diligence in a matter of safety so as not to put themselves in a position of legal jeopardy. I can't imagine they would do anything other than a full inspection and replace whatever is necessary. Hope you get it back soon.

Keep your hand ready to put the car into neutral if it decides to go haywire again.

Sounds like an issue with the Drive By Wire system.

The PCM is probably receiving an unusual response from the gas pedal. By receiving a low level from the input, it will feel like the car is lagging due to the RPM dropping (the feeling of braking) and the opposite may be happening causing the car to accelerate.

There is a very good chance it has something to do with your pedal.

Just keep your hand ready on neutral and take the car to the dealer. They will resolve it eventually. If not, take it to a different dealership. Sometimes that's all you need to have a completely different outcome when it comes to warranty work. Welcome to the Mustang family.
