Problem with Rear window louvers

OK so my buddy just bought rear window louvers from a guy on craigslist for $200....sounds great right? Well it was until he came over and showed me them and I realized that there isnt any mounting hardware. They guy told him it attached by two adhesive strips on either side of the rear window. Now i told him that theres no way because the window would get so hot that it would peel the adhesive.

Sooo what i'm getting at is i know they arent the ones from american muscle because i have those. They seem to have a hinge type system on top and i found this link:

2005+ Mustang rear window louver hardware kit.

and I'm thinking it could be for these louvers because it looks to be the closest to them that i've found. What do you guys and gals think?

i live in az and it is 116 outside and my louvers are fine so the adhesive will work if you mount it correctly.
That is the mounting kit for the Visus hinged louvers. The lovers will have the name/logo on the bottom catch both sides. If they say Visus that's the install kit
3M adhesive, thats whats been holding my Roush louvers on for over a year now. The pads might be 2"X2" square. 2 for the hinges 2 for the other little tabs at the top edges and 2 on the bottom locks. Just be sure to take some rubbing alcohol or something and clean it very good.
