Hey guys.. I have a 2010 ford mustang GT 3 valves. I changed the throttle body for an aftermarket one but they never measured the tps.. Now i have the following problem..
The throttle body does not open, it stays kind of stuck. I went online and it says the tps voltage is from 1.19 to 1.30, i went on youtube and there was a 2010 gt with one that was 1.23 so i put mine on 1.23 as well but when i turn it on it still stays stuck, it doesnt open. What do you guys think it is? That i installed something bad when i switched the parts from stock to aftermarket or that the tps voltage is not how it was in stock? Please help me. Thanks

Did you program the engine tune for the new throttle body? If not thats probably the problem.

Just curious - why the new throttle body in the first place?

check the width of the gears inside. same thing with one I got from BBK. one gear was too wide and when you put the cover on it jams it open or closed. you can still move it but it's stiff. you will need to file some width off it. trail and error I'm afraid
