I just got done swapping the heads on my car and I'm having a few minor problems that weren't there before. First one is I have a surging idle, which I'm pretty sure is from a vacuum leak somewhere. Second problem is, today I went to pull some codes and I got 327 which I think is low voltage to MAM and also when I ran the cylinder balance test the testing unit only indicated 6 cylinders, so in my mind that says only 6 cylinders are functioning. What would cause 2 cylinders to die after a head swap, because it didn't do that before I swapped the heads. Anyway, I'm kinda frustrated and if I so much as look at that car again anytime soon, it's gonna get smacked down with a torque wrench. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve

327 is an EGR related issue.

Hook up a vacuum gauge and find out how much vacuum you are/aren't getting. It should be atleast 12" of vacuum with an upgraded cam, 15+ stock.

Did you install new spark plugs ?

Double check firing order and double check all injector harness plugs are pushed on firmly.
