So this past saturday i finally took it up upon myself to do a procharger install...Bumbera was asking for 2 grand for install and tune...ard asked for 1800...Strickly performance asked for 1500...a fellow afm member was probably the most reasonable one with 750 but there were too many complications so i decided to just climb the mountain on my own

I can safely say i know my car inside out now

3 friends and 14 hrs later the damn thing is install in the 4.0 but since i dont have a tune it starts and doesnt idle..just dies in idle..

Have to say the install was a b**** since the intercooler the dude gave me with the setup did not belong to the kit so 'teh team' had to rig a mounting bracket which holds like as if its made of titanium (60 bucks at home depot can do that if u have a creative mind)

now im waiting on vmp to send me a tune...hopefully justin's tune can get the beast up and running..its standing there and im getting ansty

p.s i have a bbk cai, procharger 4" inch pulley and some other stuff for sale...if anyone's interested let me know

ok..finally...got my tune from vmp..justin's tune is awesome..brings the beast out to party

ran in a few hickups which had to be addressed...the p/s reservoir had to be relocated so i had to cut the pipe and installed a 3/8 90deg elbow..also had to readjust MAFia to stop the car from jerking everytime...

All in all the machine is moving now..12lbs with 42lbs injectors
it is worth the 4 grand slapped into the car

In all detail it took me 4 grand (only the procharger, install and tune..not counting other bolt ons) to complete the project..did a test run on i 45 against an audi tt 3.2 turbo and smoked his sorry a$$ by 3 cars length...

it is totally worth every penny i put into it...its pushing 360 hp on justins tune..car is more responsive then my 05 custom tuned gt...fuel mileage has slightly gone down but in this business fuel mileage is irrelevant..

i have 70k miles on it and i installed the procharger on it with 12lbs boost and honestly the engine is holding up just fine...im going to be adding a cooling mist meth kit in a month or so...thats the last thing on the list and a viper proximity alarm

if you have the cash..go for it..you will not regret it for a single second
