Hey Guys and Gals,
I know many of us are anxious to find out any news on final production numbers for the '05 model year. I remember in a few threads ago some of you guys were wondering how many of the targeed 192,000+ Mustangs were actually produced. I also remember hearing, based on the reported VINs that Ford was actually closer to around 150,000 Mustangs. Someone also mentioned that he only sees a 3-4 Stangs per week on the road, well, here in California (you know the home of way over priced Stangs @ as much as $14,000 over MSRP), I see easily 4-5 Mustangs, both GTs/V6s and Hardtops/Verts, per day :eyebulge: . So, I guess I am wondering, any news yet on final production numbers or where we might find them?:laughlitt

Nope, they are not out yet... somebody on here posted Jan-Mar I think....

The production for 2005 models was set at 140,000 and then Ford increased the production for 2006 models to 192,000. Here's a link to a recent post, that kj_cinci mentioned, with monthly numbers for Jan 05 - Jul 05.

From all the sources I have seen the projected number for '05 was stil pegged at 192000. This topic has been discussed on this board many times awhile ago.
