That's a slightly ambiguous question, with an answer which could be dependent on many variables such as mods and driving style. Kinda like asking, "what rpm is everyone launching at?"
Let's assume for a minute that your car is basically your average mild bolt-on ride with stock cams, that being the case then I'd say you'll probably have your best results shifting at around 55-5700, give or take a few revs.

well my cuz launches his 91 5.0 at 38 hundred he has hoosier slick 26's and man it's a beast how she lift's up he has trick flow top end(upper lower intake tf heads rockers and e303 cam) we just put it on and took to track but she ran 14.1-14.2 and he let it cool down and started switchin at 6000-6200 rpm and was hitting 13.6-13.7 but i think car needs more gas cuz 1st-2nd feels perfect but 3rd struggles then goes getting a bigger regulator 21lb or 24lb injectors this weekend see how she runs hopefully 12.8-12.9
