Just about all the after market skins will vary in shape/lines and etc. I bought a quarter skin and wheel houses from CJ Pony for my 66 fastback and the skin had good lines and it lined up really good at all points. The problem I found was the skin's curve/wheel opening did not line up at all with the wheel opening/curve of the outer wheel house. CJ Pony told me that's normal and you have to cut the outer wheel house and bend it to fit the arc where the two get welded together.
I know your thinking about my car being a fastback and yours a coupe, but the skin part is the same. I did buy a full fastback quarter and had a different outer wheel house to use and now that wheel opening fits much better and I will not have to cut anything.
If you had 3 different skins, 3 different outer wheel houses from other suppliers, they will all look and fit differenty.
You need NOS or FORD TOOLING to really get the correct fit.
