Guys I need a complete list I should ask a person when buying a built engine.
IE:
1. What kind of rods
2. What kind of pistons.
3. etc
Thanks for the list in advance guys I really appreciate it!

GET RECEIPTS!! Ask about cam size and degree of timing, pushrods rockers valve springs all the valvetrain is really important. Be sure to find out what ALL has been done to the motor before you sign the dotted line. Balanced? Shot peened? Where was it built what parts were used? You need proof of actual workmanship/quality. Compression ratio, injector size and MAF match? What fuel does he run in it? RPM capabilities? Is there a warranty? Whatever comes to mind..
