Mijk Van Dijk's song "Ray of Sunshine" [on iTunes]. It's very techno and entirely instrumental, I think. Play the sample on iTunes and see if it doesn't make you want to drive fast, just sitting there, at your computer.

Wish I could find the "Rays of Sunshine" from Nitto's website video.
