Im pretty sure that the head gasket is blown and radiator has a small crack at the bottom. If I were to replace the radiator and add coolant will i be wasting cash on coolant until i fix the head gasket?:crying:

Do a compression test to confirm the head gasket it blown first.

If it is, then yes it will be a waste to only replace the radiator. Don't half a$$ repairs, it only costs you more in the long run.
