Looking for any PROS / CONS on this radiator for 1965 Mustang.

Pair it or any aluminum rad with a Good electric fan and you will never have to fear teh traffic again.

only issue is you can run into galvanic corrosion with an aluminum rad. I have one on my 65 and love it. Have it paired with and electric fan and life is good. I did use high temp rad paint on the front because i didnt like the aluminum showing through the grille

I have one

I have one of their radiators. No problems with it. The billet neck is a big plus. Pair it with an electric fan. I use a manual switch to turn the fan on as I've had thermostatic controllers fail on me. You can purchase a radiator cap with an anode to fix the corrosion issue.
