So I am going to replace the rag joint in my 89 GT and I have three options and was just wondering if there was an opinion one way or the other on which might be benificial.

1. Replace the fiber insert on the current stock set up.
2. Replace the lower steering arm and complete new rag joint (sold this way)
3. Replace the rag joint with a double universal solid member.

I hope these three options make sense, if they do not maybee I could post the links to the three items I have found for sale. Anyone got any advice in the whole rag joint replacement issue? Thanks for reading.
