My one reverse gear, AOD, is set pretty low..or should I say high, as are most outomatics. This is the reason reverse has some great pick up.
random weird question
Can your car do a burnout in reverse just as good if not better than drive? JW. I dont really see how that works.

Yes, you can because reverse is almost geared as low as first gear. Not recommended but yes, you can.
If you want to do donuts in the snow in a front wheel drive car then reverse is your best option. just watch out for the light post in the empty parking lots
