Rattling Noise only while driving 1999 Mustang 3.8L

I have a 99 3.8l Mustang first off oil is topped up just had an oil change, Oil pressure is normal, Check engine light is not on.
When the car is idleing in Neutral or Park there is no rattle even when reving the motor. But when I put the car in drive it begins a rattle durring acceleration and increases in speed with the rpm.
I noticed this about 2 weeks ago, it is getting worse It sounds like it may be a valve lifter any help would be great.
The rattle is not there all the time only during a steady pace under 70km and during acceleration The noise goes away once up to speed. No exhaust leaks either. It is coming from the Driver side valve cover area it seems to be. Also there seems to be a miss to the car as well. all spark plugs are new. could a faulty wire cause a rattle?

well if your comfortable with sacrificing your oil change i would highly recommend sea foam (1/3 in your gas, 1/3 in your oil and 1/3 in your air intake)
where do i buy seafoam and what will it do?
I had a bottle of duralube added to the oil change and it didnt help. is sea foam safe for the car.
sea foam is probably the best thing since sliced bread. what your supposed to do is about 100 miles before your oil change you buy a 16 oz can (mine cost $10 and at auto zone) and you dump 1/3 in your gas tank, 1/3 in your engine where the oil goes in and 1/3 in your air intake (theres a bunch of videos on youtube showing you how to do it). what sea foam does is it frees up all kinds of gunk in your engine. thats why you do it 100 miles before your oil change because if you free up a big piece of gunk theres a chance it could get stuck in a line or something and that would be really bad. and no, sea foam is not harm full to your engine and theres alot of threads around this fourm talking about it. i hope this helps :shiny:

If i had a spun bearing would it be possible that it would only be noisy while driving if it were the begining stages of a disaster?
here is a link to a you tube video. This is the sound almost exact but mine is only noisy while driving. When in park or neutral I can rev it out and no noise at all, maybe a slight hint of some lifter noise YouTube - Bad Rod Bearing

One more note the car has not lost any power at all. I am noticing a slight miss at take off evry once in awhile but thats it. Earlier today I ran some cleaner through my intake and took it for a run. I had it upto around 170kmh and still had lots of power and the noise isnt there at high speeds
My car is doing this exact same thing too. It has just a little knock just off idle and up to about...maybe...1500rpm then it goes away. I'm pulling the valve covers today to check for loose rockers.
