After I had the "front struts sound" issue resolved, I could hear another sound when I approached a stop. The sound came from the rear and sounded like a large click noise. Finally I took it into the dealer and they replaced the rear calipers. Wow, what an amazing difference. My brakes always felt somewhat weak in the back, but I just thought that's the way their supposed to be. But the sound drove me nuts when stopping and finally I had Ford look into it. Now I feel like I just got upgraded to a new brake system, it is so smooth, and no sound. I have absolutely no cabin noise or external body noise, and 80mph feels like coasting on clouds!
Just curious if anyone else had the calipers replaced.
