Hey I was wondering if this drum to disc kit will work on my fox when I do a 5 lug conversion using Ranger rear axles?

Based on that is says it will not fit passenger car axle applicatons, I'll have to say it won't fit. It says the axle flange bolt pattern that the bracket bolts to is not the same.
