Rear drums for disk

Has anybody changed out their rear drum brakes for disks? If so, can you give me the 411 on what it would cost for parts e.t.c? Did it make a difference? This has been a pet peeve of mine for awhile and wanted to see if anybody has already tested the waters, before I throw down some serious mulah

The 95 Mustang should have a 4-wheel disc brake system. No drums.

After doing some research, it looks as if they went to 4-wheel disc brake system on the '94 model change.
