Unfortunately I was recently rear ended by an illegal alien with no insurance. It damaged my rear end cover to the point that it is leaking. I havent worked on my car much since buying it (2000 V6) and I have not been able to find a new differential cover or gas tank for it. Does the V6 also come with the 8.8 rear end. I appreciate any help anyone can offer.

no it has a 7.5 rear end . I'm sure you can get one on e-bay or at any junk yard for pretty cheap . Sorry about your car .

Thank you. Its cool I was starting to wonder how I would get my wife to go along with me spending some money on it anyways.
