Rear tire sizes
My 89 gt is lowered two inches and i am wondering what size of back tire to run. Right now it has 235/60 r15s. I want a wider tire but do not have very much room to go taller. Any ideas how wide?:headscratch:

Ive got 245 50 I think 16's in the rear. They fit. I think for some reason my left is rubbing on the exhaust pipe now a bit. :so
You could always roll the lips on the fenders and get a bit more space.
I'd say a 245/50 would be fine. It doesn't sound like much but it's enough to notice.
