Referring to the "BIG" rear window, not the quarter windows. Thanks!

Go to www.visuslouvers.com . That's the company that makes them. They have links to a few distributors. Only 2 or 3 of them have the 05 louvers I think. A Google or Froogle search will also turn up some results. I'm still comtemplating whether or not to do this.

My freind had 'em on his 1977 Cobra, although it looked ok for that era, I won't put such a thing on my 2005. Besides, they collect dirt and wind fallout, and discolor over time. Just my experience.

Seems to be a supply problem with these from Visus.

Visus makes the best quality louvers, but it is basically a one man show supplying this product.

California Mustang is supposed to be getting the first batch when they are finally done.

MRT and California Mustangs are getting them from the same source/manufacture, Visus... I originally ordered mine from California Mustang back in January, with a ship date of 1st week of April... when the first week of April rolled around, I was told they would not be ready until the last week of May or the first week of June... so I canceled my order with California Mustang and found MRT had the exact same thing... they got first dibs as they are the ones that used them at the SEMA show on their 05 show car...
Most all of the ones out there are getting them from the same source...

HOW DOES SHE HANDLE WITH THOSE TIRES ?
Straight and true :) I don't have any problems with them at all.. better than the stock 215's that come on it for sure... With the wider sidewalls it has a smoother ride then the low profile tires, but of course they are not as good as those of course...

I like the white lettering on the tires Winterhawk, I have been wanting to see an 05 with those, now I have and it is good:thumbsup I would lose the decal on the spoiler along with the 4.0 badges and the mustang stripe on the rocker as your ride is getting to be to busy looking IMHO. The blackout decal on the back panel and the louvers look good to me. Just my 2 cents.

Great looking ride! Wish I could find those tires in 17". I am considering the rear louvers, mainly because of the sun on the interior and I cannot find a local window tinter. Looks great on yours. Please provide installation info.

kd05gt Goodyear never made em in 17"

WinterHawk, What size did you go with? 225/60/16? my choice would have been 235/55/16.

I have 235/60/15 on my tbird now. Have the Yellow Letters also, not much tread left on them, replaced with White's, and sadly discontinued they Yellows. Saving the Yellows to ride this Summer while I wait for my Mustang :)
I think the Yellow letters would look nice on the Yellow Mustang.

I correct myself, The Yellows are Still made in 225/60R16 for the Jeff Gordon Monte Carlo.

Humm, thought they did make'em in 17"'s? Man, can't believe that there is a window tinter somewhere in your area, they're like on every corner around here :)

If you want to know about my installation of the rear window louvers, you can check out a thread over at the Mustang Source where I did a page worth of the things I ran into during installation and after:

Actually, I did go with the 235/55/16 on mine (see my sig..:)) I started to go for the yellow, but as you mentioned they were no longer available, then later they told me about the 225/60R16 for the Jeff Gordon Monte Carlo, but I liked the white ones better... I wanted the 285/55R/16's for the rear, but would have had to wait even longer than I did for the 235/55R/16's and I wanted to be able to rotate my tires in the future..

Edit to reply to WinterHawk. LoL ya I missed the sig. And yea, good idea to leave it at rotating them.

No 17's even when they made the Yellow letters.

Got the New/Old book in front of me. @ work, Manager of Goodyear Store.
And an 05 just went zoomin by :(
Sucks to work next to the Ford dealer and not goin to have your Mustang for months, I see test drives all day long.
